With that rather amazing shock of red, I simply don't recognize the building being used as the sales centre. I wouldn't want to see something 47 storeys tall that colour, but this plus Picasso's success in playing with bold accent colour reinforces my wish that there we might get more of this (not specifically this particular red) in the city.

Rendering of the pool deck in today's marketing email I don't think I'd seen before.

I am not sure whether the building with Zupa's Deli, between the New York Furs and the Templar Hotel is included in the Peter and Adelaide Condos site. Earlier (prior version of the proposal) renderings show Zupa's continuing to be on the Adelaide street frontage, while more recent renderings have a visible gap between the New York Furs and the Templar Hotel - no sign of Zupa's.

Anyway, as of this morning, Zupa's is now closed and boarded up, with no indication of any new tenant coming. Could this be the first sign of construction related activities for the Peter and Adelaide project?

Those 3 buildings aren't part of the project

A second LPAT pre-hearing scheduled for September 14, 2018 and a full hearing is scheduled for July 22, 2019.

I'm confused by this - I thought that this project already had zoning approval and was (is?) sold out. Do we know why it was appealed?
