damnit all my photos are getting screwy. I upload it to imgur and its upside down, so I rotate it. Post it here and its still upside down despite posting the corrected photo. Its because when I use my phone to take photos I hold it upside down to use my left hand to press the photo button..

being left handed really sucks sometimes.

Eh, it's not bad, but I would have liked to have seen the podium design continue all the way, but in a way where the pattern continues to thin and scatter.

I like the white panels. Buildings end up looking this way unintentionally with curtains etc. This is a clever way of making it look like a planned architectural feature.

I happened to pass by the entrance at night.
I really like how modern, compact and efficient this lobby is. There is no furniture, just a concierge desk.
It reminds me of a lobby of a small boutique hotel in Japan or Hong Kong.

Nice Roofline on this one... I see they went for the Industrial/Mechanical/Exposed HVAC covered by cheap steel strips style.... Will they be covering that up or no?

I'm also not a huge fan of those white, glass strips. Those are very cheap looking in-fill and have unfortunately become ubiquitous in Toronto.

I agree with TheKingEast, I'm glad they took the brick up as high as they did.
