Unfortunately it looks horrible and cheap in person, the pictures make it look better in my opinion.

You'll have to see more for it to have an overall impact. From such a perspective, who can tell if it's "cheap" or not?

Regardless, it will make for a building that has thermal performance way ahead of its window-wall peers. And in any case, I am still looking forward to the white/black/red effect of the cladding on this project.

Its has the appearance of a matte plastic siding reminiscent of a balcony from the 1970s. Walk by it , you'll see.
