By the builder maybe, but on behalf of the city, definitely. The installation looks great - just wish they would complete it on to Lower Sherbourne - there‘s still a big gap and it looks like this will sit dormant for quite a while with the stoppage of construction. Not a pretty site. Did they really need to be so quick to destroy the beautiful trees surrounding the site. Much more beautiful than this installation...A mural installation has been set up along the hoarding of this project. SMT with the scoop:
