It's just 1 m higher than Daniels, so it won't from majority of the angles. Most importantly, the lake view has been ruined forever because nothing as tall can be building between Daniels and the lake shore.
 
Is the disgusting parking lot in front of the final product render part of the plan ? or is that unsold or future designated parkland ?

This might be have been said before. But does anyone know if they're going excavate all at once for all the buildings like The Well? Or are they going to excavate in sections like the One Yonge development ?
