A few today from this way. 6-7 concrete trucks in que at 6pm. They are hustling to get this going.
Maybe they have financing tied to ground floor pour by April 30th milestone. Hustle at the end of a month is common, and I’ve done a few hundred progress inspections after the 25th of the month to justify GC draws, but this is more than a routine draw.

Sorry for the creeping fishbowl pictures but everyone looks to be working really hard and safe.

i keep thinking the photos being posted are dated because of the lack of balconies on phase 1 ... then i remember the unfortunate (and costly) chain of events that led to this building looking naked again

More balcony glass on the south side. Doesn't seem to be following the old pattern which highlighted the twist of the building :'(

Oh! I hope that Prestige will not turn out to be like in the following two pictures . If it's end up like that, I will disrespect and despise Pinnacle International.

No this looks like it is highlighting the twist, there are two distinct types of cladding visible here, solid white on the left and half white half clear on the right. I'd assume the transition pieces are just missing currently.
That said I might be going crazy but that new cladding doesn't look quite as crisp or high quality.
