PROPOSAL


The application to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law proposes to add additional stories to the previously approved 95 and 80 storey buildings (Phase 2 and Phase 3, respectively). The additional stories will increase the overall height of Phase 2 from 95 storey to 105 storeys and the overall height of Phase 3 from 80 storeys to 92 storeys.
