This watermark thing in this chat is going to be the death of me every time I spot one of you guys doing it I nearly die on the floor laughing 😂 also rumor has it the one has hit the 62 floor which was what they had budgeted to complete before sale so if that project stalls at current pace we may actually see this building catch up which I would love
 
 
...that might be an artifact of the geometry with getting that curve to work as opposed to any Biden like construction gaffe.
