In the hindsight, should have released these units a lot sooner? A project's lifecycle is long and anything can happen in that period.

Progress from today and other days.
Today. They installed the white cladding next to the tower glass. Glass is still at floor 16.
The “SKY” part was raised to floor 34 today.

Photo from Saturday, taken by my wonderful wife who tolerates my weird obsession with tall buildings!

I think she's heard me talk about all the main developments in Toronto at least 15 times each, but still patiently listens to it each time!

🤣 🤣
This is the exact experience that my girlfriend goes through every single time we go to Toronto😂

You'll see a lot of cladding installed in the coming days, a big load was delivered today.

Regarding the already completed tower (Prestige), tenant fit ups are almost complete for one of the retail units in the north-west section of the building. That leaves 3 vacant units.

"Anson Kwok, vice-president of sales and marketing with Pinnacle, said the building is now at 33 storeys and it’s rising at a rate of one floor every five days."

"The third phase of the north parcel will be a 92-storey tower. Kwok said no timetable has been announced for its launch."

Not the best title. Not only is it Toronto's tallest condo tower, it's also Toronto's tallest tower period. And Canada's.
