Isn’t it more fun speculating with anticipation? Picture from this morning. It looks like they are freeing up the full footprint for phase 3.

Imagine Pinnacle moves on phase 3 as a rental? Hmmm (no inside info here, just speculation).

The rental market isn't doing that great for upper priced rentals at the moment, which I imagine these would be. I would be surprised if this started.. Vacancy on new PBRs is sitting around 9-10% after initial absorption/stabilization. Affordability being a key problem at the moment from what I have read.

Then again, Pinnacle have deep pockets and it would be 3-5 years out I suppose...
