It's about time that huge empty space gets built on! Can't wait for the northeast quadrant of Hurontario and Eg. to get developed next.

You will have to wait until 2017/18 at the earliest before both corners can be constructed and completed.

Until the new main water trunk is built at this intersection, no buildings along Hurontario can be built. The City has put a bylaw in place to stop construction.

Only these 2 towers and the townhouses for both sites can be built now.

Another reason why the LRT is not being fast track, considering there was supposed to be an EA meeting last month that was to replace the fall one. If one happen this month, it will be a surprise.

Starting this year until 2017, there are 3 major areas that this water trunk is going to have major impact both on traffic as well transit.

Mississauga still has to put new trunk watermains even in a long-established area like this? That explains the development dead- zone here.

Well some will say this building is at grade as a smallsection for it has been pour on what I saw today. More like mid July for the full slab.

This week we ventured in a bit deeper into the construction site to check out how our crew is doing! As you can see from the images, we are getting more of the podium built, its pretty cool to see the progress they have made over a short time period.
