i agree. HPA should be a pride for Toronto. even their shittiest buildings look nice(design). it's the developers that mess up. i've noticed alot of people are talking crap about them.

Yup. They are the best the city has to offer and it's not close IMO.

We can already see how much this is giving back to the city by the excellent tower but importantly that expanded sidewalk space which creates such nice breathing space here.

Ugh, the southeast corner sidewalk of that intersection has been tight for a long time, so I look forward to the hoarding coming down and giving pedestrians some breathing room as they wait for the light. I wonder if they’ll be able to push the hoarding back as the tower work continues.

The dark red brick and green glass is growing on me. Interested to see how they handle the shifts in the window wall along the west face.
