Not to mention, what we end up with is usually at the behest of the developer and not of the architect to my understanding.
The behest being, simply, that the developer decides how much money is being spent on anything: they are the ones paying.

Wow, why bother designing attractive elements like arches if they're just going to mess it up? Pinnacle build so much garbage in Toronto but I'm sure the people working at that company think they're doing a great job. They have no pride in the work they do and/or astonishingly low standards. Pinnacle and the people working there need to go.

I don't find the arches nearly as bad as others but thank god for all that brick which really helps save the base and makes this tower pop.
