Looks like John Street is completely blocked? Is this part of the John Street corridor revitalization ? I can’t seem to find the thread for that project here on UT?

The way they've filled in those arches is quite horrible. It could have been a beautiful feature. Maybe one day they can re-do it.

This building is such a breath of fresh air in this area. Far too many buildings have been built with dour, depressing black brick in the last decade. It's like architects are determined to make the city as dark and gloomy as possible. This building adds some much needed colour and warmth. Great addition to the city.
