Can anybody confirm construction status here? Is it occupied?

It is in the process of being occupied for a couple of months now.

They are working on a mural on the south wall.

Looks complete and occupied - I spotted a resident smoking on the Juliette balcony, beds behind the windows, residents in and out of the lobby … Must be one of the fastest condo constructions in Toronto, less than 3 years from demolition of previous buildings to occupancy.

Here’s an update on the birds mural on the south podium wall, facing the unloved parkette by the Family Court (shot taken today)
