Oh sorry about that. It was passed onto me from someone on a FB Group or something... My sincere apologies. They (Promenade owners Serruya Private Equity) MUST have a lot of money... They just bought the Body Shop too. Perhaps, some of the stores they've purchased over the years will be future tenants in the Promenade? I seriously think that once they update the common areas of the mall, they would attract more of the big brand retailers. Every successful mall has been updated and has the well sought out brands people want. Being in close proximately to a school, they can definitely add to the mix. I love the fact there's a lot of small businesses inside too, however, they do not attract customers to the mall.

The "coming soon" list now includes a Pizzaiolo, Fat Bastard Burrito and a 20,000 sq ft bowling alley/laser tag place. The latter sounds like it could be an actual draw but they still need more name brand fashion retail, like they used to have, IMHO. But, progress....

I don’t think brand name fashion will come back here. The mall is becoming less of a fashion mall and more of a local retail strip for the neighbourhood. Its focus is more on basic local services like 2 grocery stores, gyms, entertainment areas for kids and adults. It’s a good way to survive but will it be enough to sustain it? I hope so as with enough new residents it should drive up sufficient demand that can be met by the smaller mall.

PicklePlex Social Club opening in the summer of 2025. Promenade is serious about their tenants now. This is seriously going to bring a lot of people into the mall. Located where H&M (Spirit Halloween / SUSO Skate Pop-Ups) were, this is a permanent addition to the mall.\r\nState-of-the-art indoor courts\r\nOpen play, leagues , and lessons for all skill levels\r\nCoaching, clinic, and community events\r\nWe can all see the centre\'s vision of being a dining and entertainment hub.

Seeing their vision, other great additions would be Activate, active gaming centre, Craigs Cookies considering the ages and demographics around the centre, an upgraded movie theatre and upgraded food hall which could start where Rexall was and the hallway could go through to the existing food court. Looking forward to seeing what's next in this incredible chapter of new beginnings

It’s a shame for Nortown. Their other 2 locations will remain open.

As for Baskin Robbins, they are temporarily closed for a full remodel/expansion It appears they are Re-opening in March.
