But that takes away a tiny portion of salable / leasable space. Why would someone do that to make the lives of their purchasers demonstrably better??

Today I noticed they put down material or paint in the outline of the tower - on top of the parking garage...

I'm happy to see the parking garage go. I'm hoping to set up a webcam to record its construction progress from pit to MPH.

Even “redefined the waterfront” is an absolute farce. There’s a dozen more architecturally interesting buildings that are taller than this in the immediate vicinity.
This press release reeks of delusion and the irony here is if this was even remotely similar to the original design then maybe just maybe some of what they said might be true.
