The white window frames and spandrel looks very nice in person -- much cleaner- and crisp-looking, especially in a sea of grey towers that's along the Gardiner.

I like the dark-grey precast motif that's starting to go up... looks playful and distinctive for the area.

Agreed. With the irregular width windows (I hope the glazing will be deep set), that should be a very textural, engaging wall.
