Sorry I’d love to consider whatever Empire/Kirkor plan to discharge here, but I need to save up all my righteous indignation for the timber framed Snohetta/Heatherwicks in planning down the street.
 
I'm curious at some people's hate towards Kirkor. I googled these guys and they have some interesting projects down the pipeline: 10 Concorde Place, 5400 Yonge, Aqualuna.
 
The are only Architect of Record on Auqaluna.

I find Kirkor to be greatly improving - and they produce "unique" designs - but the proportions and material selections are consistantly off.

They are worlds away from Kirkor of 2007 however.
