They just replaced their VP of sales & marketing about a month or two ago - that that may be why there's been a series of changes.

that's great news! hope things will start to slowly change for the better. The next step should be to standardize 9fth ceiling.

The corner in that last photo is a huge blindspot for bikers/pedestrians on the Waterfront Trail. I do hope that someone has thought of this and has a remedy for this situtation be it the developer/future condo board or the city.

The traill will probably be rerouted

If I am not mistaken the latest document about the waterfront enhancement has the bicycle trail rerouted along the south side of the Lake Shore from Bathurst westbound. So the old trail will be purely pedestrian path. If they don't change it.

Saw an espisode of Designer Guys yesterday. They were designing a unit in Tip Top. A 2-storey unit, quite nice. He had the north view though.
