Taken from Mississauga Ward 11 Development Applications:
"Proposed Development: Two townhouse blocks consisting of 73 stacked townhouses and 4 live/work units with retail space fronting Queen Street."

This is on the west side of Queen Street South, north of James Street and south of Brittania Road West in Streetsville.

The developer is City Park Group and the architect is FBP Architects Inc.

No official renders so I've added the elevation drawings:

It looks nicely detailed. I like the rhythm of relatively narrow storefronts.

These pictures are taken standing on Queen Street looking west. Why is this ugly electrical gear facing the street instead of the railroad tracks!!

Developer City Park Homes’ 232-unit, eight-storey development, at the corner of Queen Street South and Britannia Road West in Mississauga’s Streetsville neighbourhood, was approved by council Feb. 14 after the scale of the project more than doubled from earlier plans.
