I like it. It's been designed in a way that minimises the use of spandrel (looks like it would only be present on the shorter east portion of the tower) which is almost always a good thing, and likely was going to be an issue with the previous design. Just a nice, clean, functional design.
 
The database file and thread title have been updated for marketing name, principals, renderings, but not stats yet.

...it always feels like you staring up at a fluting vase when the render (top one) is presented from that angle. I'm pretty sure the bottom of the tower portion proper has the same dimensions as the top though.
 
Vast improvement, though i wish the treatment was some some sort of red that plays homage to the brick in the area. The white looks too much like what we've seen at Jarvis and Dundas
 
Yeah, let's not tarnish Rosario Varacalli's good name by comparing this to Jack Diamond's residential work.
