What file? The one I posted in regards to the affordable housing program is new and is updated regularly. Shows an 18 storey, 204 units affordable building as under construction.

Driving by, it seems the tower has some kind of metal cladding - quite unusual for a condo.

It's a rental building with a number of rent geared to income apartments

It's a shame the second tower isn't going right by the intersection, which would have made this windswept area so much more urban.

Here's what the site looked like yesterday when driving by. Older buildings EIFS-up. No sign of the second new tower.

funny, I was just thinking last weekend while driving by on the 427 about this site and its missing second tower and how odd it was to see the first tower built in this area at that time.

There is a total boom of new units along Eglinton West here in preparation of the new LRT by the looks of it. It's a shame there hasn't been such strong growth closer to the currently under construction part of the crosstown.

Also, god this thing is a modern commie block.

Also, no in suite laundry. Rare for a new construction building.. They have a "laundry and lounge" room on the ground floor - nothing quite like relaxing in the building lounge with the loud noise of washing machines in the background..

I noticed some lobbying on this one, so decided to check in on the permits.....(the lobbying describes the proposal as above, so no material change)

The permits are moving slightly slower than molasses pours.........

20 storeys should be around 60-70 metres, not 38 metres... something funny about the thread title I think...
