I'm becoming more and more convinced that this will join Mies' TD Centre and Revell's City Hall as one of the best buildings in the city, and may very well be on the list for visitors to come see(At least for architecture geeks like me). It may be a little early to say, but everything I've seen so far is encouraging. It's great that in a sea of mediocrity and value engineering there is still room for great architecture in this city - even if it is the exception.

Was able to capture this earlier today - coming along well!

I think we've topped off, apart from mech.

Paint it black. Balcony bottoms blackened. Makes for a more harmonious, cleaner look...

good to see the off leash dog area. The one they built in the park is utterly useless since it has this massive gravel that hurts dogs feet.

Not a whole lot of visible progress to report. Mechanical is being built, there are more areas with black cladding. You can form a very fuzzy picture in your mind of the final product but then it slips away like a dream.

I don't know why I get this perception but this building along with the other River City buildings somehow look like they're built sturdier than the average condo. I don't know if it has to do with all the exposed concrete, or what but they just seem solid. Also got that feeling when I viewed a few of the units. I could be completely wrong though. It's probably just me as these things are all built to the same code.

A cute touch with the three designated pee areas...one or two of them might even be functioning hydrants?!

This is most appealing...

The black stripes are now exposed, as seen on the renders.

Got an email with final occupancy dates starting May 29, 2018. Later than I thought but what can you do.
