What's Phase 2? I thought that the buildings under construction were the entirety of Riverside Square.

IIRC, the auto dealership on Queen won't be closing until their new space is ready, so that lot will be developed after the rest of the site.

I'm disappointed that the car dealership wasn't the first thing to go! Such a blight in an otherwise great area.

The construction webcam looks like they are pouring walls at grade, blocking the space that shows an open through-way on the site plan.
