The requested variances were refused by the Committee of Adjustment with the following reasoning:
• The general intent and purpose of the Official Plan is not maintained.
• The general intent and purpose of the Zoning By-law is not maintained.
• The variance(s) are not considered desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
• In the opinion of the Committee, the variance(s) are not minor.

The appeal period has lapsed and the database has been reverted to the approved 31-storey plan.
 
Anyone know when this might be completed? Moving into Bretton Place (44 Jackes) next month which is right beside it...
