Has anyone capped their dev + levies? If so, do you mind sharing what you had it capped at?

Bought when that incentive was no longer offered so trying to gauge an estimate for dev closing charges

We didn’t even know that they offered this incentive. We bought at the tail end 🥲

Building code needs to be ammended. Enough of this wood frame construction for housing that shares walls. Way too much sound transfer for the money paid.

Poured concrete or concrete block between units should be mandatory for any unit that shares a wall.

No firm occupancy yet but did get the tentative occupancy Nov 4 back in Jan - do you mind me asking when your firm occupancy date is?
My secondary tentative was July 9th. My firm date pushed to Aug 20th now. You will also get your firm date 90days prior to your tentative date.

Progress continues, kitchens going in. However site is still a mess. I know someone with July 25th occupancy however I have doubts it will happen. Site seems like a safety hazard even if they complete the unit. Things are still flying in the air as they are continuing to frame other units. Machines everywhere. What do you guys think?

Honestly, they don't need much in order to give you occupancy. July 25th is possible but who wants their home to be rushed like that?
