So, the folks at 192 Jarvis just can't seem to catch a break, being sandwiched between 2 towering construction projects to the north and south of it. It'll be interesting to see if there's an exodus from 192 Jarvis, a lot of people paid 350k back in the late 80's for their units and now they couldn't give them away with the sky-high fees and non-stop special assessments they've been forced to pay. Too bad, because those units have fantastic layouts and balconies.
No way, the 2 bed/2 bath units were in the $160-$170K range in the mid 90's, we looked into this building when we were looking to buy our first condo.
