It looks like there is only 6 floors right now, so I'd say 2 more floors to go.

Those retail spaces facing Yonge Street look strange. They curve right down at a sharp angle and the ceilings look too low to the ground. What's up with that? I just can't picture it as a proper retail space. Somebody needs to take and post some pics of those strange retail units.

Um, almost the entire Yonge St frontage is retail. Most of the units are at grade, but the one unit at the corner underneath the stairs is sunken into the basement to give it a reasonable ceiling height

My understanding was that it was a single retail unit? that or one that is possible to split in 2. The retail space will have a small entry area at grade and you will have to walk down some stairs to enter the central section of the retail space.

However it functions, the ground floor space looks currently bonkers, and it will have to have some serious fluffing to make it seem reasonable.

The concrete structure is gorgeous - I almost wish it weren't getting clad.

There is room for two retail spaces, but there's opportunity for only one retailer if the retailer leased out the whole space. My understanding is there would be a street level entrance with design opportunities for a neat staircase heading down to the retail space.

Front end is really starting to take form with a lot of scaffolding taken down recently
