Does anyone know what is happening on the north wall? I went past the site today and noticed that the north side of the building is a blank windowless slab. There is no rendering of that side of the building in the UT database.

jozl:

It's a blank wall housing the building core. It is built to the lot line and will be hidden by future development of the adjacent property.

The cement portion of the north wall will get a graphic treatment that picks up on the frit pattern in the glass as well as Ryerson University signage. I'll see if I can find a rendering that I can share with the forum as well as info about the materials involved.

When is this planned to be in use by?
Nevermind. Found it in the database entry. Winter 2014.
