Too early to tell how it will be at street-level, but I am hoping for some interesting retail to help (long shot I know).

The orange is a very nice contrast to the white.

It's not retail at the ground level - it will the cafeteria on part of the Church St. frontage.

University buildings tend to be animated at ground level anyway.

I'm not upset that there won't be retail here (well technically there will be a Starbucks inside) but I do agree with the general criticism that it doesn't seem like enough retail is being built along Church St.
