Bayly and Liverpool area... With Universal City, the area will have the two tallest buildings in the city.

I can say that SF3 is topped out and cladding is about 3/4 of the way to the top. Prob by summer it'll be done. Townhouses are still shells of concrete.

Just now from the GO train. This is almost done - it actually looks OK. Worlds better than the first two phases. Not sure if this is the tallest in Durham, definitely in Pickering (the new Medallion rentals in Ajax may be taller).
