Which is also broadly similar to the Village of Erin Meadows in Sauga (the presence or absence of features doesn't make an iota of difference in regards to the general lack of architecture).

well served area with lots of recreation, schools, right across from a gated retirement community. Lots of brick in surrounding neighbourhoods so this would have a chance to blend in
