Cladding on this building is hot garbage. Learning that their responsible for the horrid towns at keele and st clair doesn't surprise me.

Construction is scheduled to begin October 18: http://www.toronto.ca/legdocs/mmis/2017/ey/bgrd/backgroundfile-107152.pdf

The purpose of this report is to obtain approval for a construction staging area on the east side of Osler Street between a point 15 metres south of St. Clair Avenue West and a point 55.20 metres further south. To enable construction of a new condominium at 1771 St. Clair Avenue West, the sidewalk, boulevard and 1.5 metres of the travel portion of the roadway will have to be closed on the east side of Osler Street for the duration of construction between October 18, 2017 and October 31, 2018. The sidewalk on the west side of Osler Street will remain open and unobstructed at all times during construction so pedestrians can be maintained and safely accommodated at all times. Two 3.0 metre lanes (consisting of a lane in each direction) will be maintained at all times.

Excavation machinery are on site, with work now underway.
