Graywood have definitely stepped up their game after the major dud next door at SCOOP Condos, with a fairly strong showing here especially with the quality brick work.
 
Overheard two bricks talking... "I don't know about you, but I haven't been laid in.. like forever".

This an original attempt at brick humour (I didn't google the joke because I'm sure someone beat me to it)... and yes sadly, it's semi-autobiographical.

Generally, I like it. But why so many small windows? On the second floor they could have had a single pane in height and on the floors above only 2 pane height. Wouldn't have looked so institutional. Reminds me a bit of King West Life in Liberty Village which has even more and smaller panes and was also Graywood Developments.
