Yeah, hot building. (3 years ago I almost bought a condo here. I thought it was overpriced then though....)

Yup, my thoughts exactly 3 years ago. I couldn't fathom prices going above 400/sq ft. Oh well, now we know.

They started digging for this more than two years ago.

Is it just me, or do Freed projects take longer than average to complete (given that they are not huge in size)?

Freed does appear to take his time with the screw gun however 216 units isn't exactly small either.

New Closing Date: 75 Portland

Closing dates are and have been pushed to Mid-End May 2010. Seems to me like Freed is in no hurry to complete any of his projects on time.

My new closing date isn't till early June. That's almost 3 full years since construction began - very, very slow for a building of this size.

Ground Floor

Offices for Freeds private service realty and a café are planned to go into the ground level street front of 75Portland.

This building seems to be moving in slow motion. At least on the exterior.

Closing date

A few weeks ago I received a letter with a revised closing date of March 26 and I'm on the 4th floor. The building is moving very slowly - I think it has something to do with the slow progress on 550 Wellington.
