You know they will wait as long as they can till the orange trim is added. The suspense on how that will look is crazy. Hoping it's a nice material and has a shine to it. Or glossy look.
 
If only that gong-show just down the street had upper levels that looked as good as this curtainwall.

It's not cladding, it's plywood blocking for building up the storefront 'frame' elements.

For f* sakes. I'm tired of this shit.
I'm sure i'm going to get flak on this statement, but... having served on a board of directors for a number of years and seeing the costs of replacing parts of the building etc. - from a practical perspective (considering our climate) the building is better off - i can see those nice huge sliding corner doors causing many headaches for the building after 5+ years. And the cost to replace and fix would be borne by the all unit owners via fees and not the individual unit owner who chose it.
