Can\'t see much progress on this demo from the outside but they might be gutting the inside and the exterior will go down quickly then.

Some very visible progress on demolition. Basically only shell of building is left. Rest of demo should be very quick..

I see we got an update yesterday but I’ll share the photo I took as well. Eastern building is almost gone now, with progress being made on demolishing the west building.

In ten years time all run-down buildings in the Yonge-Eglington-Mount Pleasant area will be replaced

Site cleared of most debris. Needs only leveling to prepare for shoring rigs.

Shoring equipment can be seen in first photo at back of eastern half section, excavator and dump trucks in front portion. Second photo shows western half of site levelled off and ready for shoring.

Another massive site, like 100 Broadway and untitled just east of it. Site is still being prepared for shoring equipment, but 3 of them are already on site.
