The tiny balcony, the shower and stupidly located wall are all inexcusable. But there's nothing wrong with the 2-burner stove with no oven. This building was marketed as micro-condos and that's what you'd expect from a micro-condo. Or would she rather have a full stove with an oven hanging from the ceiling or located under the bed?
