I guess I should learn to appreciate whichever less-than-appealing tower that pops up into my view because in a few years it will be blocked by an even uglier oneFor better or worse, in several years further around 3/4 of the vertical expanse of this tower will also get blocked by 241 Church from this view

Until recently, I always thought of Pemberton as a high-end builder. Hope this cheapening won't infect their flagship project in Yorkville, which also carries their name (The Pemberton).

Same. My opinion of Pemberton has taken a sharp nose dive the last 3-4 years. As soon as I find out its Pemberton, the feeling of dread washes over me.

Why isnt all of the spandrel white? Why the grey section ?
White spandrel would've looked okay with chrome mullions, like on St Regis.
Whats with the addiction to either dull metal mullions or semi-glossy plastic mullions?
