You know it's bad when the unclad portion of the tower is the best looking part.

It really as an achievement to go from such great renderings to such terribly execution. Toronto needs an award for worst building bait and switch.
Yes, the names of condo projects do tend to reveal the truth! (Think of Time & Space, Yonge & Rich,....)The developer/architect combo is a dead giveaway that this will not be great. Renderings are for suckers in this town.
As to the name for this project - Anti-Social would surely have been more appropriate.

RAW must be so embarrassed by this. It's pretty clear Pemberton value engineered this building to death.
The saddest part is, this award would have legitimate competition. It really as an achievement to go from such great renderings to such terribly execution. Toronto needs an award for worst building bait and switch.
It really doesnt make any sense whatsoever. This project is laughably embarrassing. Why would they do these zig zagged patterned balconies but install clear glass that you can't even make out the zig zag?
What a lost opportunity and cheapening. This deserves a 'Golden Raspberry Award".
Couldn't they see how horrible now and just take down all the cladding and replace them with better glass?Lol wow.
This gets asked a lot, and there's always a pedantic reasoning that follows, but I'm gonna ask it again. How can Toronto allow this?
