Slowly documenting the ever expanding student district of Waterloo, marketed as a luxury entry (it's student housing in disguise), is Society Developments' 145.
It is a rather handsome pair of 23 story buildings designed by WZMH.
This is technically a second phase to Society Developments pervious 330 pictured below. Society 145 is located behind this building, with its frontage on Colombia Street.
The first phase features some pretty nice amenity spaces, successful retail and generally above average materials for the area. The arched entrance to the parking is also a neat feature, if it didn't lead to surface parking (ick).

It is under significant construction, although I can't find my own photos I took a few weeks back, so this is the most recent photo I found of progress which is isn't far off. (Source)
