. I much prefer our skyline of hundreds of towers crammed in tightly, just looks more uniform then a 600+ meter tower surrounded by scattered, much shorter buildings, but that's just my take on it, I'm certain many will disagree, to each his (or her) own my friends.

I agree, but it wouldnt hurt to break that 300 meter height limit that we seem to be under,,,,say 345-375 meters would be nice:cool:

Shot from the west of the curtain wall. It looks promising!

Yowza! That is really high quality glazing, aesthetically speaking. Thanks for the great photo Contra!

I hope there is a nice contrast between the glass of the "zipper" and the rest of the tower.

Pictures taken Jan 30. A few more perspectives.

+1. no wonder Delta is moving here! definitely a huge step up visually from that POS on gerard. (although we'll see how the renovations go lol)

I still think either this or the Bremner tower coulda gone for some more height. especially with the future Oxford Place being next door, the Southcore Offices look puny in comparison.

Looks great! What I don't understand is the "hybrid" part. It looks like regular curtain wall to me (obviously, a huge compliment if it isn't).
