Being Finnish, I've been following the subway expansion in Helsinki as well as TYSSE, and I can't help but notice that one of their new metro station platform areas strongly (IMO) resembles the platform area at VMC.

The similarities are striking. The black ceiling, grey walls (on the platform), and most of all the big circular lights hanging from the ceiling. The architecture firm responsible for VMC is
Grimshaw, while the firm that designed Koivusaari is
Helin & Co. Wonder who copied who...
Ps. Sorry to get OT, but Siemens had a major contract to make Helsinki's metro driverless with the opening of this new line, but their complete ineptitude lead to the contract having to be cancelled. I understand the same thing happened with one line in Nürnberg, Germany.
