No such thing as phase two, but more like 104 if not more based on the various changes since day one. I have the theater area as phase 105 at this time.

Took a walk down the west mall area that been close for months. Nothing up where the theater was, but a blank wall.

They have built a new washroom next to Holt and 3 stand alone eating place coming this fall. The first one will be Roywoods Home of The Jerk to the east, then Danish Pastry House and then Eva's Originals from Budapest for Cakes, Ice Cream and other things. All the hording for the 3 sites say opening fall 2019.
 
Where is the Dr. Seuss exhibit happening? I would think the old theatres would be perfect for it.

Edit: I found out the address on their Twitter profile. It's at 199 Rathburn Rd W. This is the old Sportchek location.
 
Looks like the old theatre will be a National Geographic Ultimate Experience Centre. You are able to see some of the front behind a gap in the tarp.

It would have been great if the Dr. Seuss Experience were permanent. I am heading there next Friday.

It had to be temporary.

"Roywoods Home of The Jerk to the east" that sounds good, wish it came to Westwood square mall.
