There's word floating around that Mattamy may be buying Urbancorp's sites, that's sites, not necessarily projects. No official announcements though.

The timeline is subject to change.

A new 425 m2 (0.0425 Ha) park is being designed for the site at 177 Caledonia Road. The site is located on the east side of Caledonia Road, in the location of the former Hughes Public School.

The land is currently under private ownership and will be conveyed to the City as public parkland following the construction of the park and the development of the sub-division. The park will be constructed by the developer of the sub-division.

The proposed park will be bordered by Caledonia Road to the west, Innes Avenue to the north, and new single-family homes to the east and south. The proposed plan for the new park includes the following:
