Great to see this go ahead. And yeah, I'd guess 2.5 years minimum. It'll be interesting to see if the development on the s/e corner opposite here will get going in the interim.
 
Time and Space has sold very well. It'll get underway soon.

Time and Space is going to completely change this area, with it's 1600 units it is going to be an absolutely massive population boost.

Actually, they cut down the few scrawny trees and removed the concrete planters that were their contribution to 'landscaping' but in essence "nothing". They had an application at C of A last week to reduce # of parking spaces - I assume it was accepted.
 
Saw some workers with hardhats onsite this morning. I was a block away so not sure what they were doing.

Removing utility poles.

I agree Philip. We are in the exact same situation and it is good to see things starting.

Though it is certainly good to see new residents keen to move into St Lawrence and this site has been an eyesore for far too long BUT it is probably going to be 3-4 years before you get here! The fact that this project has moved at such a glacial pace up to now is not a sign it will suddenly speed up.
 
Also this builder is known for their excessive delays. Just look at their two nearby projects, Backstage is still incomplete, and the LTower crane...
 
The showroom is now the construction office signage up.
