I honestly like the height here. The immediate St. Lawrence Market area is all 10-storey (or so) buildings, but that height can't continue on forever in every direction. It will look quite interesting to have tall buildings surrounding the perimeter of the St. Lawrence Market area - it divides up St. Lawrence Market from the rest of the city and makes it feel like an oasis.
Indeed, an oasis being invaded by the inexorable desert!
 
In terms of quality, this one seems to be better than many recent additions. I'll echo other comments in this thread by wishing they had used a warm brick to better fit into the area. A rich, rusty orange-yellow would have made it really stand out in a good way.
