Coincidentally, I made a comment before in this thread where I also thought there were some similarities between the St. Lawrence (and surrounding) area to Tribeca. :)

To be honest I was not too keen on this addition to our neighbourhood initially but with the more detailed plans it started to look better and the building is more set back onto their lot (Unlike the ghastly T & S which is almost up to the lot line on all 4 sides and manages to get worse the more it grows!). Now, let's hope that 158 Front get decent and useful retail!!!
