In last few days they have been busily setting up the rebar in the south-east quadrant for the 'at ground' floor slab. I assume they will be pouring on Monday or Tuesday.

Nice to see the new North Market building at ground level, more or less. I won't turn this into yet another gripe session about how extraordinarily long it's taken to get here....SOOO....I'm so very glad to see that we're (finally) here!

Looks like the courts/TPS portion - not a big deal from the looks of it (as long as it doesn't affect the exterior and the rest of the programme)- from said report:

That's not really what it says - it's the layout of the upper (Court Services) floors to better allow for e-courts. Would you rather they built it and then said it needed to be changed? Any extra costs will be paid by the Courts in any case.

Let's hope the interior changes don't affect the exterior appearance, which has already been compromised and VE'd to the point where RSH threatened to walk.
